Its amazing how much a new roof can help to just get people to take a closer look at what else the home offers. Then again, perhaps a roof is just one of those features that attracts attention only when its discolored, sagging, leaking, or otherwise inadequate. A terrible distraction or off the radar.

Well it's not likely, you are right, but it is possible.

Your roof protects you and your physical real-estate investment by taking everything nature dishes out. It must withstand high winds, storms, rain, snow, ice, UV radiation, foot traffic, and temperature extremes.

My friends paid for the new roof $150,000
